Meet the CEO

Born in Memphis, TN raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. At 17, she began making handmade earrings and customizing anything she could get her hands on. She became very popular in her town as a designer and retailer. After graduating from high school, Reia knew she needed to perfect her craft, so he packed up her life and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend The Art Institute of Atlanta for Fashion Design. Fast forward three years later, Reia is on a mission to help women of all races and sizes feel confident and fearless.  Through her iconic clothing brand, Allure by Reia. She has successfully launched three solo collections under the brand, has launched two collaborations with Shein, and has an Ebook to help emerging designers. Reia would like to spend the rest of her career designing pieces that make women feel fearless, confident, and beautiful.
