Allure Athleisure was born from the vision of Reia Janay, a fashion designer and entrepreneur based in Atlanta who believes women should feel seen before heard. After collaborating with global brands and navigating the fashion world, Reia saw a need for high-quality, small-batch pieces that fuse style, sustainability, and strength.

Four capsule drops. One unapologetically inclusive vision.
From little fashionistas to curvy queens, I became the first SHEIN X designer to size every style from Girls to Plus—and it paid off. Our collections shot into the Top 10 of thousands of global designers, proving that bold design and true inclusivity can (and should) coexist.
What the collab taught me :
Design isn't powerful until everyone can wear it .
Fast growth still needs fierce quality control.
Community is everything over 40 countries wore our pieces and tagged us with pride.
Now I’m channeling those lessons into my own house: Allure by Reia. Get ready for Athleisure that moves, contemporary looks that turn heads, and sustainable micro-batches that feel as exclusive as they look.

Our First Pop-Up (2025)
In September 2025, Allure by Reia hosted our very first pop-up at BodyRok Inman Park in Atlanta. 💛 From Pilates classes filled with women in Allure Athleisure, to wellness drips, bites, bubbly, and exclusive shopping—this event was more than a pop-up. It was a celebration of community, style, and self-care.
We’re passionate about combatting unhealthy lifestyles and popularizing Pilates for a demographic still new to it—making wellness feel both accessible and aspirational.
What this milestone taught us: fashion isn’t just about clothing, it’s about creating experiences where women feel powerful, confident, and connected.
